In consideration of entering for the prize awarded in the Tri-Cities Airport Nonstop Destination Giveaway (the "Sweepstakes"), I hereby agree to the following:

1. Release. I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Tri-Cities Airport (PSC), the Port of Pasco, their parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, successors, and assigns (collectively, "Released Parties") from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, injuries, costs, and expenses of any kind — whether known or unknown, anticipated or unanticipated — arising out of or in connection with: (a) my participation in the Sweepstakes; (b) the awarding, acceptance, possession, or use of any prize; (c) any travel or travel-related activities associated with the prize; or (d) any typographical, printing, or other errors in any Sweepstakes-related materials.

2. Assumption of Risk. I acknowledge that travel involves inherent risks, including personal injury, property damage, illness, or death, and I voluntarily assume all such risks. I further acknowledge that Tri-Cities Airport (PSC) is not responsible for any changes, cancellations, or delays made by the operating airline(s).

3. Travel Documents & Expenses. I understand and accept that I am solely responsible for obtaining all required travel documents (including valid government-issued identification, visas, or passports) and for all personal expenses, including but not limited to in-flight upgrades (baggage, seat selection, etc.), ground transportation, hotel accommodations, meals, and gratuities.

4. Tax Responsibility. I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for the payment of any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes on the prize and that I may receive a tax form (e.g., IRS Form 1099) reflecting the fair market value of the prize if selected as the winner
