1. No Purchase Necessary: 
No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning.

2. Eligibility: 
Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Tri-Cities Airport, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

3. How to Enter: 
Limit one (1) entry per person per email address during the Sweepstakes Period. Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means are void. By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and to PSC’s Privacy Policy. By entering, you also consent to the sharing of your personal information with authorized third-party vendors for purposes directly related to the administration of this Sweepstakes.

4. Prize Description One (1) Grand Prize per Nonstop Destination: 
Airline ticket(s) for travel originating from the Tri-Cities Airport. All tickets are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may not be redeemed for cash. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.

5. Travel and Prize Redemption:
•    Prize must be claimed within thirty (30) days of the award notification date. Failure to claim within this period will result in forfeiture of the prize.
•    All travel must be completed within one (1) year of the award date.
•    All flights are subject to airline seat and schedule availability. Blackout dates, holiday travel restrictions, and route limitations may apply.
•    Travel is subject to the terms and conditions of the operating airline(s). The Tri-Cities Airport (PSC) is not responsible for any changes, cancellations, or delays made by the airline.
•    Winner is solely responsible for obtaining any required travel documents, including valid government-issued identification and any required visas or passports.
•    All ground transportation, hotel accommodations, meals, gratuities, and personal expenses are the sole responsibility of the winner.

6. Winner Selection & Notification: 
Winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period for their specific nonstop destination. Drawing will be conducted within five business days of the Sweepstakes Period’s end. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified by email or phone and must respond within 30 days of notification. Failure to respond within the stated period may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

8. Media Release: 
By entering, each winner grants Tri-Cities Airport (PSC) and its authorized agents the perpetual, royalty-free right to use their name (first name and last initial only) for promotional, advertising, and publicity purposes in any medium, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. Winners agree to participate in reasonable post-trip follow-up communications, which may include testimonials, photographs, or comments regarding their experience for use in future promotional materials. Winners who do not wish to participate in promotional activities may submit a written request to Sponsor within 30 days of prize receipt, subject to applicable law.

9. Limitation of Liability: 
By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Tri-Cities Airport (PSC), their parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this Sweepstakes or any prize won.

10. General Conditions:
•    The Tri-Cities Airport (PSC) reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
•    All federal, state, and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
•    Winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and a Liability/Publicity Release within 5 business days of receipt. Failure to comply may result in forfeiture.
•    This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
•    Any disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.
