Emergency Contingency Plan

The Tri-Cities Airport has prepared this Emergency Contingency Plan pursuant to §42301 of the FAA Modernization and Reform Act of 2012. Tri-Cities Airport is filing this plan with the Department of Transportation because (1) it is a commercial service airport or this airport may be used by an air carrier described in USC 42301(a)(1) for diversions.

COMPLIANCE, ACCESSIBILITY, AND OTHER RESOURCES AIRPORT IDENTIFICATION BADGING EMERGENCY CONTIGENCY PLAN

Port of Pasco (Tri-Cities Airport PSC) assures that no person shall on the grounds of race, color, national origin, sex, creed, or age, as provided by Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Civil Rights Restoration Act of 1987 (PL 100.259), Section 520 of the Airport and Airway Improvement Act of 1982, and related authorities (hereafter, "Title VI and related requirements"), be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be otherwise subjected to discrimination under any program or activity that receives U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) funding. Title VI also prohibits retaliation for asserting or otherwise participating in claims of discrimination.
